"No more"

Gong gong showed Bernice a magic trick involving coins and making the coin disappear. It involved putting the coin under his armpit, behind his head and so on.

Realising that gong gong is not so clever as to really make the coin disappear, or that she can be clever enough to learn that trick as well, she decided to imitate what she saw.

A day after gong gong showed her the trick, she decided to show off her trick. She took the coins from gong gong, put one under her armpit, and proudly declared "no more, no more" while showing the action with her hands.

We of course were surprised that she could do this, and were "wahing away". And, she of course was delighted at all the attention she was getting.

Yiyi got the happy meal toy, the powerpuff girl, with the body and legs detachable. She decided to do her "not so tricky" trick again. She put the leg under her armpit and declared the same thing.

Yesterday, while Daddy and I were having dinner at po po's house, she walked to the cabinet, opened it and took out a metal plate. We always did not allow her to open the cabinet to take the plates ans she may break the ceramic ones. So, once she grabbed hold of that metal plate, she walked to the living room, put the plate under her armpit and declared "no more no more". Hmmm, she forgot that she was clever, but we were cleverer to see the rest of the plate jutting out from her armpit.

That's the life of toddlers, so innocent, so pure..
