Bernice has been sick since Monday night. She was running a temperature in the middle of the night. Then, I brought her to the doctor the next day. At the clinic, it was the first time in many months that she actually placed her head on my chest and sat quietly. Instead of feeling happy that she did not move as usual, I actually hoped she could move as much, at least it showed that she was well and active. Aren't mothers contradicting creatures?
Her temperature came down. And then, the next day, she had a running nose and cough. She has been feeling edgy and lethargic since and she has not been eating and sleeping well. And she has been sneezing the whole of today til she became.... (check out the last picture)
